I was trying to submit a cosplay picture but it seems like the only option is to submit it to the Featured folder...is that okay? What should I do?

Don't worry about it for now. It seems things automatically get put into 'featured' if you try to submit from the deviation page itself.
I did check the settings to see if I could change this, but it seems I can't, despite being the Founder/Admin.
I think it's very possible to submit into a selected folder of the Group, you may need to be in that group folder firstly. A little button up top should have [+ Submit to this Folder]. I think that should be it.
It's troublesome, I know, but for now, if you can't be bothered, just submit to Featured. I'll sort out the rest like I usually do~ :>
